The robotic tooth base grinder uses a diamond grinding wheel to effectively remove the oxide layer from laser cutting, helping to improve weld rake angle consistency and weld strength.
The machine utilizes PLC and touchscreen controls for quick and easy parameter setting. Its highly rigid bed and high-power spindle ensure high grinding efficiency.
The robotic arm can hold up to 100 saw blades at a time, enabling automated loading and unloading, improving work efficiency and reducing labor costs. A single person can operate 10 machines.
