This machine is a robotic arm wire or strap solder type brazing machine. Stable structure with high brazing speed(about 5.5-10 seconds needed per tooth),high brazing efficiency with 5500-6000 tips per 8 hours.
The electronic control system automatically realize picking, changing, loading and welding, and the whole process takes 8-15 seconds.
Standard parts are from well-known brands: OMRON, KEYENCE, Schneider, Airtac, HIWIN and other parts to ensure the high efficiency and stability of the machine.
Fully automatic teeth selection, feeding, gluing, welding, saw blade replacement.
Automatic centering system, advanced high frequency heating controller, infrared temperature measuring device, to ensure welding strength and stability.
