TECHNICAL FEATURES

This fully automatic saw blade hole turning machine is purpose-built for machining center holes in circular saw blades. It replaces traditional reaming processes and delivers precision up to the H7 tolerance standard.
It adopts a high-rigidity 6140 cast iron bed for superior stability and reliability, paired with a full servo drive system for higher efficiency and improved precision. The machine is equipped with a CNC system, and its manipulator is PLC-controlled for logical, straightforward operation with minimal complexity.
It features a stable truss-type manipulator that automates the entire process: separating, gripping, loading, and unloading workpieces. Reducing manual labor, it can process up to 150 pieces of 2mm steel plate in a single batch, significantly boosting productivity.
