This fully automatic saw blade boring machine is specifically designed for machining center holes in circular saw blades, replacing reaming and achieving H7 accuracy.
It utilizes a 6140 high-rigidity casting bed for stability and reliability, and a fully automatic servo system for increased efficiency and precision.
The machine utilizes a CNC system, with a PLC-controlled manipulator for streamlined, simple movements and ease of operation.
Its truss-type manipulator offers stable operation, fully automated slicing, gripping, loading, and unloading, eliminating manual labor. It can process up to 150 2mm steel plates at a time, improving work efficiency.
