TECHNICAL FEATURES
- The cleaning section uses wear-resistant rubber rollers for pressure-driven transmission and high-temperature-resistant brushes for high-speed cleaning, thoroughly removing stubborn contaminants.
- The drying section features high-strength absorbent cotton for moisture removal and high-pressure hot air drying, enabling integrated cleaning and drying in one pass.
- The transmission system is equipped with an advanced variable frequency drive (VFD) for adjustable feed speed. The machine automatically adapts to clean workpieces with a thickness of up to 7mm, offering excellent versatility.
- It includes three independent stainless steel water tanks for recirculating cleaning, with water temperatures adjustable up to 100°C to ensure optimal cleaning performance.
- The machine is fitted with swivel casters for easy mobility and operation.
