MW 1200K can semi-automatically weld alloy saw blades, PCD saw blades, and metal-ceramic saw blades with diameters ranging from 120-1200mm.
Suitable for small-batch saw blade production, saw tooth repair, and complete circular saw blade refurbishment.
Pneumatic clamping welding, fine-tune handle centering, and welding accuracy ≤ 0.08mm.
Simple and convenient operation, with adjustable tempering and tooth extraction functions.
6kW high-frequency heating system and infrared thermometer temperature control ensure stable brazing and high weld strength.
